Founder Mackenzie Kazmark Hamilton is a utility player with a unique blend of public accounting experience, operational finance leadership, change management abilities, and private equity perspective.

Mackenzie has a passion for working with teams at all levels and knows in today’s market, mistakes are costly for companies going through growth and change.  She believes efficient management teams and investors run at capacity and often times need flexible resources to enhance existing operations and accomplish strategic projects.  Mackenzie is a process-oriented thinker who uses her strong communication skills and expertise to help companies achieve their goals.

Mackenzie began her career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Denver, CO. She continued in various management accounting roles for  companies in Los Angeles and Denver before working for a Denver based private equity and distressed debt fund.  Mackenzie has a BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.  She has a heart for volunteer work and spends time working with local charities.  In her spare time, Mackenzie enjoys skiing, fishing, traveling, cooking, running and spending time with her family.
